I was in "Rhodesia"-Zimbabwe, in 1969-1977.
I went to Nettleton Junior School,then to Hatfield High.
I came on holiday to Portugal and I stayed.
I have no photos of my school, friends and where I lived in Cranborne Park .

Eckersley Peter
Worked for Glens Removals in Salisbury & Bulawayo between 1972 & 1985.
Previously worked for Hubert Davies & Co.
Played cricket (& occasionally hockey) for Hatfield Sports Club.
Served in BSAP reserves and then in Guard Force (GFR3).
Fowles Edward (Teddy)
Lived in Salisbury all my life. The Chase, Ashbrittle.
Went to Mount Pleasant Boys High school 1959 - 1964. Then to Natal varsity in Pietermaritzburg.
Left home in 1970 to travel abroad and never went back.
Travelled, worked and lived in many countries around the world and now retired in the Algarve of Portugal.
My folks left (were kicked out by that bar steward, Mugabe) Zim in 1986 despite us
being second generation Rhodies...!!! Ho! Hum!
Lourenco-Helena
I was born in 1963 in Luanda but moved as a young child to Salisbury.
I attended Southerton Junior, Nettleton Junior, Hatfield Junior and later Hatfield Girls High.
I left in 1976 for Portugal.
In 1987 I moved to Pretoria but in 1990 returned to Portugal.
I would love to hear from my school pals.
Nhamaze Manuel Jorge
I lived in Harare up to 2000, schooled in Allan Wilson as a foreign student from Mozambique.
Nogueira-Domingos
Born 1961 in Portugal. Went to Rhodesia in 1963. Schools David Livingstone in Salisbury and John Cowie in Rusape.
Left the country in 1974. Was in Rhodesia for the last time in 1978. Sure miss that country.
Santos-Carla (nee Penilo)
Went to school at UGHS from 1975-1978.

Lived in Queensdale, and went to David Livingstone Primary and the Dominican Convent High.
Was born in 1957, and left Rhodesia in 1979.
Also have a younger brother, Arthur who went to Cranbourne High

Sue for Ford Motor Co. & LPE, & for Dr Bill McDougall, also the Rhod Govt at Earl Grey Building.
We left a wonderful Rhodesia in 1978.

Russell was born in Salisbury and lived for 16 years in Kitwe.
Finished school at Churchill.
Alice arrived in 1978 in Rhodesia from Holland.
We left Zimbabwe in 1984 for Amsterdam and after 16 years we moved again, this time to Portugal.
